Group Booking Terms and Conditions
Hotel Heinitzburg is an intimate Boutique Hotel with 16 rooms.
Bookings for 4 or more rooms are considered group bookings, as they account for 25% of our total room availability.
Please note that the terms and conditions for group bookings with us differ from the standard booking conditions on Booking.com. Kindly review the details below:
Dinner Reservation
To ensure the best dining experience during your stay, we kindly recommend booking your table well in advance. Our restaurant is in high demand, and we’d love to secure your booking.
Our Wine Cellar could be the perfect venue for your special occasion! With its elegant ambiance and exceptional selection of wines, it’s an ideal setting for a memorable dining experience.
Payment Procedure
- A payment link will be sent to you 4 months prior to the group’s arrival.
- To confirm your booking, please follow the payment link and complete the payment. Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
- If the booking request is made less than 4 months before the arrival date, the payment link will be sent immediately, and the booking will be confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Please note our Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings:
- 3 Months and less prior to arrival 100%.
- Kindly note, only written cancelation are accepted.

- Check In: 14H00 PM
- Check Out: 11H00 AM
Child Policy:
- Children under the age of 12 should always be supervised by parents
- Use of swimming pool and hotel facilities will be at own risk
- Children between the ages of 0-2 years stay for free
